Born in December 1967 in Xianju, Zhejiang, he is currently the director of the Zhejiang Art Museum and a second-level professor. He serves as the Deputy Director and Vice President of the Printmaking Professional Committee (Printmaking Institute) of the China Cultural and Arts Development Promotion Association, as well as a standing committee member of the Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the Democratic Progressive Party of China. Additionally, he is a council member of the China Artists Association, a member of its Watercolor Art Committee, a fellow of the Zhejiang Provincial Academy of Culture and History, the Vice Chairman of the Zhejiang Artists Association, and a council member of the Museum Professional Committee and the Academic Committee of the China Museum Association.
