Jivko Sedlarski was born in Bulgaria in 1958. His father was a painter who fostered his interest in art at a very young age. After developing solid basic skills at the Academy of Fine Arts in Sofia, Jivko Sedlarski learned to appreciate the human body, skeletal muscles and related tissue structures. He dreamed of living in France. In 1991, Jivko Sedlarski went to France and settled in Brittany. As a free artist, he is an artist who creates through free self-expression. His sculptures are constantly evolving in form and accumulating energy.

Judging from some of the controversies about him and the diversity of his materials, his art is complete and diverse. Many of his works are around us. These works are full of vitality, can be integrated into any environment, and are regarded as natural elements.
